What should I wear?
Top – Any comfortable workout top is fine but for any pole class you will need to have bare arms so any short sleeved top that is fitted but not too restrictive would be great.
Bottoms – For most pole classes you will want bare legs to properly execute spins and pole tricks. Shorts would be appropriate however we do not allow shorts that are too short. If there is something hanging out or they are at an inappropriate height we reserve the right to tell you to cover up. We offer shorts at the studio that meet this short requirement.
Shoes – Bare feet or socks are great for all classes. In Pole Beast heels are not allowed but in Pole Beauty heels are encouraged but not required. If you bring your own shoes please make sure they have ankle support and a wider heel. This style is recommended – we will not allow pinpoint stilettos for safety reasons. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shoes are totally optional.
Lotion and Oils – No body lotion will be allowed, this is for safety concerns.
What should I bring?
Yoga mats are optional and recommended for floor and stretch movements but are not required.
Do I need to pre-register?
Pole Class – We do accept reservations for the pole class to make sure that each student has a pole. Walk-ins are welcome if there is availability. However, to ensure your spot – a reservation is best.
If you are new to PUSH511 and Vertical Bodies you will need to complete an online waiver prior to working out. The waiver can be accessed here or you can fill it out when you come in to workout.
Are there initiation fees or monthly dues?
NO! We understand that everyone is busy with unforeseen obligations and we do not want anyone paying for time that they are not here. You only pay for the amount of classes that you want to take.
Are gift certificates available?
Yes! Gift Certificates are available for any dollar amount and they are good for classes or merchandise or both!
